1. Services

Dog walks: Individual walks only (no group walks).

Dog training: From puppy to adult, carried out in your home and in real world environments.

If we travel, I will collect and return your dog safely.

Cat care: Visits at your home to provide fresh food, water and litter box for your cats. Your home will always be left neat and tidy.

2. Payments

Deposits are non-refundable.

Training packages: 50% deposit (via bank transfer) before training begins. The remaining 50% is paid in cash at the last session. 

Dog walks: Invoices are sent on the last walk of each month. Payment must be made by bank transfer no later than the 30th/31st. If not paid before the 1st of the following month, no further bookings will be taken and a late fee will be charged.

Cat care: Paid in cash or bank transfer on the first day I am booked to care for your cats.

Prices are subject to change, but clients will always be given sufficient notice before any adjustments take effect.

3. Cancellations

Dog walks: 48 hours’ notice required. Less than 48 hours = full fee charged.

If you do not cancel and I arrive for our walk to find out I am no longer needed there will be a fee added to your invoice - this is subject to the distance travelled to and from your location. 

Training sessions: 48 hours’ notice required. With notice, sessions can be rescheduled. Deposits remain non-refundable.

​My cancellation fees are strict as I keep your booked time slot closed to other customers, therefore a last minute cancellation or no show results in someone else losing out on taking your place.

4. Safety & Liability

All dogs must be fully vaccinated and in good health.

Owners need to inform me before our first meet and greet if your dog has shown any aggression - this does not mean I won't take your booking, this just informs me of exactly what we are dealing with.

Owners must inform me of any food allergies, dietary restrictions and/or health restrictions their dogs/cats have.

Owners must also specify whether or not I am allowed to give their dogs treats during walks or training.

I am not responsible for accidents, illnesses, injury, or damage unless caused by my negligence. If I am at fault, I will always take responsibility.

In an emergency, I will take your pet to the vet. I will call you first, if you are not available, I will contact your emergency contact while on the way.

All veterinary costs are the responsibility of the owner.

5. Property Respect

Your home will always be respected and left tidy after cat care, training, or dog collection/drop-off.

I am not responsible for any pre-existing damage in your home.

I will always clean any mess that myself or your pets may make during my visit but please note this does not mean I will clean your house.

6. Weather & Special Circumstances

Walks may be shortened, rescheduled, or adjusted in extreme weather (heat, storms, snow/icy).

Dogs will still be taken outside briefly for toilet breaks, then brought inside for mental stimulation games or cuddle time if the weather does not allow for our usual walk. This does not affect the service fee. 

Training sessions may also be adapted if needed for your dog’s safety and well-being.

7. Privacy & Communication

All personal details and pet information are kept confidential.

Updates may be shared with you via WhatsApp.

Photos and videos of pets may be posted on Passion for Paws’ Instagram and Facebook pages unless you request otherwise.

8. Agreements & Termination

By booking with Passion for Paws, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Services may be refused or ended if:

- A pet shows unsafe or aggressive behaviour that puts myself or others at risk.

- Payments are not made according to the policy.

- The client repeatedly breaches these Terms & Conditions.
